That the Honorable Sondra Rhoades-Johnson of Fulton County,
Georgia, is appointed to serve as a member of the McPherson
Implementing Local Redevelopment Authority, for a term of office
ending December 31, 2017, to succeed the Honorable Joseph L.
Macon, whose term expired December 31, 2013.
