ORDERED:

That the Honorable Rhonda Rich of Hall County, Georgia, is
appointed to serve as a member of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Warm
Springs Memorial Advisory Committee, for a term of office ending
December 31, 2017, to succeed the Honorable Phil Rogers, whose
term expired December 31, 2010.
