Harrell, III, Resident Vice President of Norfolk Southern Corporation, has made application for appointment of Joshua B. Day as Special Officer of the State of Georgia; and Said application appears to be in due form and in compliance with O.C.G.A. § 46—8-230 through 232. NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT To THE AUTHORITY VESTED TN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY That Joshua B. Day be and is hereby ordered as a Special Officer, Norfolk Southern Railway Company, with duties and powers as provided by the terms of the Act cited above, as long as he is in the employ of said company and as provided by law.
