That the Honorable Chris Cummiskey of Fulton County, Georgia,
is appointed as a member of the Board of Governors of the George
L. Smith 11 World Congress Center Authority, for a term of office
ending July 1, 2017, to succeed the Honorable Charles R. Yates, Jr.,
who resigned.
