EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS : WHEREAS: ORDERED: ATTEST: The General Assembly passed House Bill 397 during the 2015 Legislative Session, which provides that the State Soil and Water Conservation Commission shall be assigned to the Department of Agriculture for administrative purposes; and The General Assembly passed House Bill 76, the Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2016, during the 2015 Legislative Session, which provides that five programs from the State Soil and Water Conservation Commission are attached to the Department of Agriculture for administrative purposes.
