THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: ORDERED: There currently exists at the University of Georgia, Tift County, Tifton, Georgia, a building known as Greenhouse 2 (#4608) at 2360 Rainwater Road, (the “building”); and The Board of Regents, at its meeting on March 18, 2015, declared that said building could no longer be advantageously used by the University of Georgia or the University System of Georgia and should be removed; and NOW, THEREFORE, BY THE POWER VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY That the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia is hereby authorized to remove said building from the University of Georgia, Tift County, Tifton, Georgia. IT IS FURTHER That the appropriate staff of the University of Georgia, Tift County, Tifton, Georgia, acting under the approval of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, is hereby authorized to remove said building from the premises; all said demolition and removal to be performed as expeditiously as possible.
