The State of Georgia holds title to certain real property by virtue of a December 171", 2014
general warranty deed from Telan, Inc. for approximately 0.347 of an acre recorded in
Houston County Clerk of Superior Court in Deed Book 6724, Pages 333-335 (the
“Pr0perty"); and

Said Property is in the custody of the Department of Natural Resources (the “Department”)
and was acquired as part of the Robins Air force Base Buffer Project; and

The Property is located at 99 Cranford Street in Warner Robins and is improved with an
approximate 4,621 square foot apartment complex, as shown in that aerial photograph
attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference (the “Structure”); and

Said Structure is identified by the Department to be in conflict with the benefits of creating

a buffer of open space to help preserve the mission and conservation values of Robins Air
Force Base, is declared to have no value, and staff of the Department recommended the
removal of the Structure; and

The Board of Natural Resources on April 22, 2014, resolved to recommend the removal of
the Structure and requested that the State Properties Commission seek an Executive Order
from the Governor to allow for the razing, demolition, and disposal of the Structure as in
the best interest of the State of Georgia; and

The Department of Natural Resources has funding available to raze, demolish, and dispose
of said Structure.

NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME As GOVERNOR on
THE STATE OF GEORGIA, 1T IS HEREBY

The Department of Natural Resources is hereby authorized and directed to provide for the
razing, demolition and disposal of said Structure under the terms and conditions which are
deemed to be in the best interests of the State of Georgia.
