BY THE GOVERNOR:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

That effective February 23, 2015, the Honorable J. Kelly
Brooks is hereby appointed Judge of the Superior Court of
the Waycross Judicial Circuit, to ﬁll the vacancy created by
the passage of House Bill 742 during the 2014 Session of the
Georgia General Assembly.
