I THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: By Executive Order dated June 16, 2014, I appointed a review commission to determine whether the indictment of Harris County Commissioner, Mr. Charles Wyatt, related to and adversely impacted the administration of the Office of county commissioner pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6; and By the report dated June 20, 2014, that commission unanimously recommended that Harris County Commissioner, Mr. Charles Wyatt, be suspended from office under the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 45—5—6. Now, THEREFORE, PURSUANT To THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY That Mr. Charles Wyatt is hereby suspended from office immediately and without further action pending the final disposition of the case or until the expiration of his term of office, whichever occurs first, as provided in O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6(0).
