EXECUTIVE ORDER

On May 12, 2014, Mr. Charles Wyatt, Harris County Commissioner, was
indicted on three counts of Bribery and three counts of Violation of Oath
by Public Officer; and

The indictment was transmitted to the Governor pursuant to O.C.G.A. §
45—5—6(b), and the certified copy was received on May 15, 2014; and

The 14-day period following the receipt of the indictment as prescribed by
O.C.G.A. § 45-5—6(e) has passed.

Now, THEREFORE, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME As
GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT Is HEREBY

That Attorney General Sam Olens; Bleckley County Commissioner, Robert
(Bob) Brockman; and Lumpkin County Commissioner, Chris Dockery, are
hereby appointed as the review commission to determine whether the
indictment relates to and adversely affects the administration of the office
of Harris County Commissioner by Mr. Wyatt such that the rights and
interests of the public are adversely affected thereby and to make a
written report to me within 14 days with a recommendation as to whether
Mr. Wyatt should be suspended from office as required by O.C.G.A. § 45-
5-6(6).
