ORDERED:

The State Of Georgia holds title to approximately 1.0 acres of improved real
property by virtue of a January 1, 1952 reversionary deed from Cora B. Wise,
recorded in Henry County Clerk of Superior Court in Deed Book 47, Page 128 (the
“Property”); and

Said Property is in the custody of the Georgia Forestry Commission (the “GFC”);
and

The Property is the former site of the GFC’s Henry County Unit which consists of
five (5) structures including an office building, shop and equipment shed,
flammable storage building, well house, and fuel pump shelter (the “Structures”)
more particularly identified in that marked aerial photo attached hereto as
Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by reference; and

By resolution dated June 25, 2009, the GFC declared the property surplus and
approved the reversion of ownership of the Property due to discontinued use of the
Henry County Unit; and

By resolution dated April 29, 2014, the GFC determined the Structures have no
Value and requested the State Properties Commission seek an Executive Order from
the Governor to allow for the razing, demolition, and disposal of the Structures as in
the best interest of the State of Georgia; and

The GFC has funding available to raze, demolish and dispose of said Structures.

Now, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS
GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY

The Georgia Forestry Commission is hereby authorized and directed to provide for
the razing, demolition and disposal of said Structures under the terms and
conditions which are deemed to be in the best interests of the State of Georgia.
