That the Honorable Teresa A. MacCartney of Fulton County,
Georgia, is appointed as a member of the Georgia Higher Education
Facilities Authority, for a term of office ending June 30, 2016, to
succeed the Honorable Kevin Clark, whose term expired June 30,
2013.
