Balfour, II, related to and adversely impacts the administration of the office Of State Senator pursuant to Article 2, Section 3, Paragraph 1 of the Georgia Constitution; and By the report dated November 13, 2013, that commission determined that State Senator Donald K. Balfour, II, be suspended from office under the provisions of Ga. Const. Art. 2, § 3, 11 1. NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT To THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT Is HEREBY That Donald K. Balfour, II is hereby suspended from Office immediately as provided for in Ga.
