That the Honorable Joe W. Yarbrough of Whitfield County,
Georgia, is appointed to serve as the Fourteenth Congressional
District Representative to the Technical College System of Georgia
Board, for a term of office ending June 30, 2018, to succeed the
Honorable Otis Raybon, whose term expired June 30, 2013.
