~‘.\ THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: Effective October 31, 2013, the Honorable Jay Neal resigned as the District 2 Representative in the Georgia House of Representatives; and Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 17—18—2, one member of the Georgia Council on Criminal Justice Reform shall be a member of the Georgia House of Representatives; and By virtue of Representative Neal’s resignation from the Georgia House of Representatives, there now exists a vacancy on the Georgia Council on Criminal Justice Reform. Now, THEREFORE, BY THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GoVERNoR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY That the Honorable B.J. Pak, District 108 Representative, in the Georgia House of Representatives, is hereby appointed as a member of the Georgia Council on Criminal Justice Reform. This 5 day of November, 2013.
