EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: Cherokee County Board of Education member, Kelly Salata Marlow, was indicted on October 15, 2013, on four counts of Making a False Statement; and The indictment was transmitted to the Governor pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6(b), and the certified copy was received on October 16, 2013; and The 14-day period following the receipt of the indictment as prescribed by O.C.G.A. § 45—5—6(e) has passed. Now, THEREFORE, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME As GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT Is HEREBY That Attorney General Sam Olensg Cobb County Board of Education member, Tim Stultz; and Forsyth County Board of Education member, Ann K. Crow, are hereby appointed as the review commission to determine whether the indictment relates to and adversely affects the administration of the office of Cherokee County Board of Education member by Kelly Salata Marlow such that the rights and interests of the public are adversely affected thereby and to make a written report to me within 14 days with a recommendation as to whether said Board of Education member should be suspended from office as required by O.C.G.A. §45-5- 6(e). 2" This 5 day of November, 2013.
