THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: CORRECTION TO THE EXECUTIVE ORDER ISSUED ON JUNE 14, 2o13 WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: On March 8, 2013, Judge Andrea M. Peterman, Chief Magistrate for Crawford County, was suspended under a Consent Order; and Article 6, Section 7, Paragraph 7 of the Georgia Constitution requires the Governor to appoint a replacement judge for the duration of any suspension. NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY That the Honorable Richard Larry Spencer is hereby appointed as Chief Magistrate of Crawford County during the pendency of the suspension of Judge Andrea M.
