EXECUTIVE ORDER

ORDERED:

Bulloch County Clerk of Superior Court, Teresa Tucker, was
indicted on July 8, 2013, on five counts of Theft by
Conversion and one count of Violation of Oath by Public
Officer; and

The indictment was transmitted to the Office of the Governor
pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6(b), and the certified copy was
received on July 15, 2013 ; and

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6(e), Ms. Tucker has voluntarily
authorized the Governor to suspend her from the office of
Clerk of Superior Court of Bulloch County.

Now, THEREFORE, PURSUANT To THE AUTHORITY VESTED
IN ME AS GOVERNOR 01+‘ THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS
HEREBY

That Bulloch County Clerk of Superior Court, Teresa Tucker,
is hereby suspended from office immediately and Without
further action pending the final disposition of the case or
until expiration of her term of office, whichever occurs first,
as provided in O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6(c).
