THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: The Clerk of Superior Court of Bulloch County, Teresa Tucker, was indicted on July 8, 2013, on five counts of Theft by Conversion and one count of Violation of Oath by Public Officer; and The indictment was transmitted to the Governor pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6, and the certified copy was received on July 15, 2013; and The 14-day period following the receipt of the indictment as prescribed by O.C.G.A. § 45—5—6(e) has passed. Now, THEREFORE, BY VIRTUE or THE AUTHoRrrY VESTED IN ME As GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT Is HEREBY That Attorney General Sam Olens; Mr. Bart W. Jackson, Clerk of Superior Court of Jones County; and Ms. Jacquline D. Wills, Clerk of Superior Court of Clayton County, are hereby appointed as the review commission to determine whether the indictment relates to and adversely affects the administration of the office of Clerk of Superior Court of Bulloch County by Ms. Tucker such that the rights and interests of the public are adversely affected thereby and to make a written report to me within 14 days with a recommendation as to whether Ms. Tucker should be suspended from office as required by O.C.G.A. §45-5—6(e).
