THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: The General Assembly passed House Bill 142 during the 2013 Legislative Session, which restored rulemaking authority to the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission; and The Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission has formally requested moving its administrative attachment from the Office of the Secretary of State to the State Accounting Office, a request to which all parties formally agree. Now, THEREFORE, BY VIRTUE OF THE POWER VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY As of July 1, 2013, the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission shall be assigned, for administrative purposes only, to the State Accounting Office.
