THE STATE OF GEORGIA

EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:

WHEREAS:

ORDERED:

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 17-12-10.1, the Governor of the State
of Georgia shall appoint one member of the Georgia House
of Representatives and one member of the Georgia State
Senate to serve on the Legislative Oversight Committee for
the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council.

Now, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED
IN ME As GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS
HEREBY

That the Honorable Christian Coomer, representing District
14 in the Georgia House of Representatives; and the
Honorable Charlie Bethel, representing District 54 in the
Georgia State Senate, are hereby appointed to the Legislative
Oversight Committee for the Georgia Public Defender
Standards Council.
