6 A5‘; :59’ THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: The GOvernor’s Office of Consumer Protection, Criminal Investigation Division (OCPCID), in cooperation with the Roswell Police Department, has identified a. network of individuals involved in a large scale home improvement fraud and theft scheme targeting elderly Georgia consumers; and The investigation has uncovered facts and circumstances which make this case a candidate for consideration for special prosecution by the Georgia Attorney General’s Office. Now, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, rr IS HEREBY That pursuant to O.C.G.A. §§ 45-15-3 and 45-15-35, the Attorney General of Georgia and/or his designee(s) are hereby authorized to "prosecute any and all individuals associated with the Office of Consumer PrOtectiOn’s “$59 Per Gallon” investigation.
