THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: ORDERED: ATTEST: The General Assembly passed House Bill 106 during the 2013 Legislative Session, which eliminated all state appropriations to the Georgia Medical Center Authority; and The Georgia Medical Center Authority remains in possession of cash balances and other state assets. Now, THEREFORE, BY VIRTUE OF THE POWER VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY As of July 1, 2013, the Georgia Medical Center Authority shall transfer all remaining cash balances in all accounts to Georgia Regents University. IT IS FURTHER As of July 1, 2013, the Georgia Medical Center Authority shall transfer all assets, including but not limited to, office equipment, incubators and purifiers, to Georgia Regents University.
