EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED:

That Robert “Bert” W. Guy, Jr. is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Judicial Nominating Commission under
the terms and in a manner consistent with the Executive
Order creating the Judicial Nominating Commission, dated
January 10, 2011. Mr. Guy fills the seat vacated by Mr.
Dwight Davis.
