BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED:

That the Honorable Kelvin J. Cochran of Fulton County, Georgia,
is appointed as a member of the Georgia Firefighter Standards and
Training Council, for a term of office ending January 1, 2016, to
succeed the Honorable T. Larry Brown, whose term expired
January 1, 2013.
