BY THE GOVERNOR:
ORDERED: That the Honorable Sandra B. Reed of Thomas County, Georgia, is
appointed to serve as the Eighth Congressional District
Representative on the State Board of Education, for a term of office
ending January 1, 2020, to succeed the Honorable Wanda T. Barrs,
