NE E ' THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: Mr. Charles B. Brown, Mr. John R. Deacon, and Ms. Jeanne C. Davis, in their Official capacity as Public Defenders within the Enotah Judicial Circuit, have been made the subjects of grievances filed with the State Bar of Georgia; and The Attorney General, because of conflicts, has declined representation of Mr. Brown, Mr. Deacon, and Ms. Davis in these matters; and The Georgia Public Defender Standards Council has agreed to pay for the legal services of appointed outside counsel at a rate mutually agreed to by appointed counsel and the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council. N OW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A. § 45~15—7O AND THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT-IS HEREBY That J. Randolph Evans, Esq., Shari L. Klevens, Esq., Warren R. Hinds, Esq., and Bryan M. Cavan, Esq. are hereby appointed as Special Counsels to assume control and responsibility for the representation of Mr. Charles B. Brown, Mr. John R. Deacon, and Ms. Jeanne C. Davis in all matters related to grievances filed with the State Bar of Georgia. This I lily’ day of January, 2013. GOVERNOR
