EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

That effective January 9, 2013, the Honorable R. Michael
Gailey, Jr. is hereby appointed Judge, State Court of Putnam
County, to fill Vacancy created by the appointment of the
Honorable E. Trenton Brown III to the Superior Court of the
Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit.
