That the Honorable Rutledge A. Griffin, Jr., of Lowndes County,
Georgia, is appointed to serve as the Eighth Congressional District
Representative on the Board of Regents of the University System of
Georgia, for a term of office ending January 1, 2018, to succeed the
Honorable Mansfield Jennings.
