IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
That effective August 16, 2012, the Honorable Mark E.
Mitchell is hereby appointed Judge, State Court of Thomas

County, to fill the Vacancy created by the passing of the
Honorable Elliott P. McCollum, Jr.
