BY THE GOVERNOR:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

That effective July 19, 2012, the Honorable Keith R.
Blackwell is hereby appointed Justice of the Supreme Court
of the Georgia to fill the Vacancy created with the resignation
of the Honorable George H. Carley.
