EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: City of Franklin Mayor, Ms. Teresa H. Chapman, was indicted on March 19, 2012 on one count of Theft by Deception and nine counts of Identity Fraud; and The indictment was transmitted to the Governor pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 45—5—6(b), and the certified copy was received on March 23, 2012; and The 14-day period following the receipt of the indictment as prescribed by O.C.G.A. §45-5-6(e) has passed. NOW, THEREFORE, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME As GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT Is HEREBY That Attorney General Sam Olens; Mayor Ronnie Garrett of the City of Woodbury, and Mayor Robert Thomas Trammell, Sr. of the City of Luthersville, are hereby appointed as the review commission to determine whether the indictment relates to and adversely affects the administration of the office of Mayor by Ms. Chapman such that the rights and interests of the public are adversely affected thereby and to make a written report to me within 14 days with a recommendation as to whether said Mayor should be suspended from office as required by O.C.G.A. §45—5—6(e).
