Mr. Craig Camuso, Regional Vice President of CSX Transportation,
Inc., has made application for appointment of Suzanne L. Bennett
as Special Officer of the State of Georgia; and

Said application appears to be in due form and in compliance with
O.C.G.A. § 46-8-230 through 232.

Now, THEREFORE, PURSUANT To THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME
AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY

That Suzanne L. Bennett be and is hereby ordered as a Special
Officer, CSX Transportation, Inc., with duties and powers as
provided by the terms of the Act cited above, as long as she is in the
employ of said company and as provided by law. As such, she shall
receive no compensation from the State of Georgia or any county
thereof.

IT IS FURTHER

That the Secretary of State is hereby authorized and directed to
issue a commission as Special Officer to Suzanne L. Bennett.
