Davis, 20, of Griffin, Georgia, honorably served our country in the United States Army; and Pfc. Davis made the ultimate sacrifice on March 29 after becoming involved in enemy small arms fire in the Kandahar province of Afghanistan; and It is fitting and proper to recognize Pfc. Davis’ service and sacrifice by lowering the flags On the State Capitol building and grounds to half—staff on the day of his interment. Now, THEREFORE, IN HONOR AND AS A MARK OF RESPECT FOR THE MEMORY OF PFC. J OHNATHON F.
