EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

That the Honorable Herbert M. Poston, Jr. of Dalton,
Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to succeed the
Honorable Kermit McManus as District Attorney of the
Conasauga Judicial Circuit.
