That the Honorable Laura Morgan of Fulton County, Georgia, is
appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners of the
Georgia Student Finance Commission, for a term of office ending
March 15, 2017, to succeed the Honorable Molly Dye Franklin,
Whose term expired on March 15, 2011.
