BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED:

That the Honorable Thomas Black of Liberty County, Georgia, is
appointed as a member of the Georgia Composite Board of
Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family
Therapists, for a term of office ending December 31, 2012 to
succeed the Honorable William Quarterman, whose term expired
on December 31, 2009.
