ORDERED:

That the Honorable Kenneth A. Griffiths, of DeKalb County,
Georgia, is appointed as a member of the Civil War Commission,
for a term of office ending June 1, 2012, to succeed the Honorable
Melvin Steely, whose term expired on June 1, 2008.
