ORDERED:

That the Honorable Randy Owens of Hall County, Georgia, is
appointed as a member of the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund
Commission, for a term of office ending July 1, 2013, to succeed
the Honorable David Renz, whose term expired on December 12,
2008.
