(Mack) Crawford, in his Official capacity as the previous director of Georgia Public Defenders Standards Council, has been subpoenaed in the lawsuit State of Georgia v. Damon Antwon Jolly, Criminal Action Case NO. 08CR—63815, Superior Court Of Bibb County, Georgia; and The Attorney General, because of a conflict, has declined representation of Judge Crawford in this case; and The Georgia Public Defender Standards Council has agreed to pay for the legal services of appointed outside counsel at a rate mutually agreed to by appointed counsel and the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council. Now, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A. § 45-15-7O AND THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME As GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY That Judson H. Turner, Esq. is hereby appointed as Special Counsel to assume control and responsibility for the representation Of Judge Crawford in all matters related to State of Georgia v.
