BY THE GOVERNOR:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

That, effective June 15, 2011, the Honorable H. Patrick
Haggard is hereby appointed Judge, Superior Court of the
Western Judicial Circuit, to fill the vacancy created with the
resignation of the Honorable Steve C. Jones.
