THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: The State of Georgia holds title to, and the Georgia Forestry Commission is the custodian of, approximately 1.9 acres of real property in Land Lot 192, 28th Land District and 3rd Section of Catoosa County, Georgia, (hereinafter the “Premises”) as more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference; and The Premises were conveyed along with various Civil War historic markers by the United States of America through its Department of Interior to the State of Georgia in custody of the State Parks Department on March 20, 1952; and The Premises were leased for forestry purposes, said purposes having been acknowledged by the Secretary of the Interior on May 19, 1955, to the Georgia Forestry Commission in that Contract of Agreement, Ringgold Forestry Site dated May 30, 1955 between the Department of State Parks, Historic Sites and Monuments, Division of Conservation, and the Georgia Forestry Commission (hereinafter “Agreement”); and The Georgia Forestry Commission has discontinued use of the Premises; and The Georgia Department of Natural Resources’ Parks and Historic Sites Division, successor entity to the Department of State Parks, Historic Sites and Monuments, Division of Conservation, contemplates no future use of the Premises; and
