EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED: That the Honorable Judith C. Dyer of Gwinnett County, Georgia, is
appointed as a member of the State Board for the Certification of
Librarians, for a term of office ending December 31, 2014. Dyer
succeeds the Honorable Bennie Butler-Newroth, whose term
expired December 31, 2009.
