EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED: That the Honorable Jody L. Whisenant of Hall County, Georgia, is
appointed as a member of the State Board of Optometry, for a term
of office ending September 6, 2013. Whisenant succeeds the
Honorable Kay F. Royal, whose term expired September 6, 2010.
