That the Honorable James E. “Trey” Allen of Columbia County,
Georgia, is appointed as a member of the Board of Community
Affairs, for a term of office ending July 1, 2012. Allen succeeds

the Honorable Deke Copenhaver, who resigned on March 9, 2011.
