BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED:

That the Honorable Helen 0. Rice of Troup County, Georgia, is
appointed as a member of the State Board of Education
representing the Third Congressional District, for a term of office
ending January 1, 2018. Rice succeeds the Honorable Joey
Loudennilk, whose term expired January 1, 2011.
