EXECUTIVE ORDER

That the Honorable Barbara Lynn Howell of Chatham County,
Georgia, is appointed as a member of the Capitol Arts Standards
Commission, for a term of office ending February 16, 2013, to

succeed the Honorable Thomas D. Hills, whose term expired on
February 16, 2011.
