hr ‘J ,_:_.'.-' ' I? ? 5 .'- THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: By Executive Order dated January 28, 2011, I appointed a commission to determine whether the indictment of James Robert “Bobby” Reynolds, Sr. related to and adversely impacts the administration of the office of mayor pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6 ; and By the report dated February 10, 2011, that commission unanimously recommended that City of Broxton Mayor, James Robert “Bobby” Reynolds, Sr. be suspended from office under the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6. Now, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY That Mayor Reynolds is hereby suspended from office immediately and Without further action pending the final disposition of the case or until the expiration of his term of office, whichever occurs first, as provided in O.C.G.A. § 45-5—6(c).
