EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED:

That the Honorable Robert W. Kinard of Whitfield County,
Georgia, is appointed as the 9th Congressional District member of
the Board of Economic Development, for a term of office ending
July 1, 2013 to fulfill the unexpired term of the Honorable Philip A.

Wilheit, Sr., who resigned for appointment to the Board of Regents
on January 10, 2011.
