THE STATE OF GEORGIA

EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED: That the Honorable Emory L. Morsberger of Gwinnett County,
Georgia, is appointed as the 7th Congressional District member of
the Board of Economic Development, for a term of office ending
July 1, 2012, to fulfill the unexpired term of the Honorable Price
Harding, who moved from the 7”‘ Congressional District, making
him no longer eligible to serve.
